We had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this property. The staff was truly amazing, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, with its proximity to the mall. The pool was delightful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would like to extend a special thanks to AYA from the reception for her exceptional hospitality. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, and her warm welcome and genuine smile made us feel truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful accommodation experience. While it's our right to complain, it is also their right to thank & appreciate the good job. This is the minimum to be presented to the good people I,e, Mr MADHU, Safa, Ajid, Muhan,Anto & chandra. Very nice hotel. near almanar mall, corniche & beach. Management is applying customer satisfaction approach.

However, friendly competent staff, reasonably quiet (on the side away from the big road), and a nice little pool. I upgraded to include breakfast for a very small amount extra and was given 3 choices, Arabic, Indian or western, which was delivered to my room at a time of my choosing. Plenty was delivered.
