We had an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Safa at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Safa greeted us with warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was seamless and that all our needs were met throughout the stay. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly commend Safa and the entire reception team for their outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning to in the future.

The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a cheap place, and that is definitely reflected in how outdated and worn the room was. So if you’re expecting something particularly nice, this is not it. However, friendly competent staff, reasonably quiet (on the side away from the big road), and a nice little pool. I upgraded to include breakfast for a very small amount extra and was given 3 choices, Arabic, Indian or western, which was delivered to my room at a time of my choosing. Plenty was delivered.

We absolutely adore this property and make it a point to visit regularly. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, and the swimming pool is just gorgeous. But what really makes this hotel shine is the staff - they're so friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Aya from Reception, who is always smiling and warm. We highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone seeking a central location with easy access to malls and all amenities.
