We had an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Safa at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Safa greeted us with warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was seamless and that all our needs were met throughout the stay. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly commend Safa and the entire reception team for their outstanding hospitality. I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel . The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff(Mr Moham & Mrs Safa ) were very friendly.My room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions. Main thing in this property is that guy named Asif he is so sweet with people and very good attitude with people with a sweet smile on him face. I think this management have selected the nice guy called Asif. And to say about property is ok ok but to say about Asif is lot.
